With over 20 years’ experience helping dental practices grow, Paul founded Dental Empire with a simple belief: practice growth isn’t measured by leads or appointments, but by patients who start treatment.

Recognising that most providers lacked the systems needed to consistently convert opportunities into revenue, he built a complete patient acquisition and conversion model that includes marketing, qualification, appointment setting, remote treatment coordination, and structured follow-up.

Today, Paul leads the ongoing development of Dental Empire’s growth systems, helping implant providers increase treatment acceptance and generate predictable revenue growth.

Focus: Turning enquiries into patients who commence treatment.

Cel - CTO

Over 15 years’ experience in software, systems, and automation.

Joined Dental Empire in 2018.

Cel leads the technical infrastructure behind the business—building the systems that ensure every lead is captured, followed up, and managed without gaps.

She is responsible for connecting platforms, automating workflows, and integrating AI to enhance speed, consistency, and performance across the entire patient journey.

Focus: Leveraging systems and AI to deliver results at scale.

David - CMO

Academic background in marketing and psychology, including bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD-level training.

Joined Dental Empire in 2019.

David leads campaign strategy, performance, and optimisation—combining data-driven marketing with a deep understanding of human behaviour.

He is responsible for ensuring campaigns attract not just volume, but the right type of patient.

Focus: Generating high-value patients that convert.

Laureane - COO

Over 15 years’ experience in client communication and customer experience, with a background in the legal sector before moving into dental.

Joined Dental Empire in 2021.

Laureen manages the call centre globally—overseeing how patients are engaged, qualified, and guided through the process.

Her strength lies in creating structured, high-quality conversations that make patients feel understood, comfortable, and confident to move forward.
